Learn how to pay by invoice, including wire transfer and check payment procedures, documentation, and processing times.

When using Pay by invoice, you can pay through a wire transfer or using a bank check. Your payment is due within 30 days and includes all charges and credits on your account.

Pay by wire transfer

Your bank must include all the invoice numbers that are associated with the payment in the “notes” field. Additionally, ensure that any electronic payment form is automatically sent to the Amazon cash application email address printed at the bottom of your invoice. Wire payments are typically applied within 24 hours.

Note: We can’t accept screenshots or scanned remittance images as proof of payment.

If your bank can't include the invoice numbers associated with the payment in the "notes" field, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to ads-in-ar@amazon.com on the same day that you make the payment to the email address displayed on your Amazon invoice copy.
2. Use the subject line “Remittance advice for [your customer/business name] for [total payment amount]”.
3. Include the invoice number in the email body. For multiple invoice payments, include an attached Excel or PDF document that contains the invoice number and amount.

Pay by check

Check payments can take 3 to 5 days to be applied.

1. Write your invoice numbers on your check. If you're paying for multiple invoices, submit these on a separate sheet with their respective amounts and include with your payment.
2. Send the physical check and the back-up to the address displayed at the bottom of your invoice.
