Product and service validation

Product and service validation

We support 12 products and 41 services on the partner directory.

You can see a full list of the products and services supported in the Partner directory product and services expansion guide.

A blue verified checkmark signifies that a validation check was performed against a partner who selected: (1) an Amazon Ads product they support, and/or (2) services they offer, during the partner directory profile creation process. Earning a checkmark can help distinguish your company’s expertise from other partners on the partner directory.

The checkmark allows advertisers to easily see partners who have certified employees and recent experience with a given Amazon Ads product. To earn a check mark, you must have: (1) at least 2 Partner Network users with relevant product certification through the Amazon Ads Academy, and (2) recent campaign management activity (campaign creation or Amazon Ads API call).

Products and services you can earn a verified checkmark for:

Verified checkmark and certifications

Amazon Ads Certifications are the assessments partners and advertisers can take to validate their proficiency in Amazon Ads products and solutions. Verified checkmarks denote not only expertise in a product or service but also recent activity by a partner on behalf of their clients.

Verified checkmarks will appear in the Products and Services tabs on a partner’s directory profile page whereas certifications will have its own tab, labeled Certifications.

Certifications are available in the Amazon Ads Academy. There are both foundational and advanced courses available.

Service models

We offer 2 service models: Service or self-service. If you’re mainly a tool provider, you may want to consider self-service. If you offer guided account support or hands-on optimization for your clients, service may be a good choice. You can also select both models if you offer a mix of guided and non-guided support.
